  1. Introduction

Welcome to Atum Trip. We provide reliable airport transfers to and from Aswan Airport, as well as tours and transportation services within Aswan city. By booking or using our services, you automatically agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Booking & Payment
  • All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We only show it in US dollars, you can pay via PayPal and we try to provide more than one payment method.
  • Customers can make reservations in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
  • Most of our services are available with a “Book Now, Pay Later” option, payable upon service delivery.
  • In some cases, a deposit may be required to confirm bookings, especially during peak seasons or for services involving third-party providers.

  1. Cancellations & Amendments

  • Customers may cancel or amend bookings free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur partial charges to cover operational costs.
  • Services provided in cooperation with third parties (such as airline tickets, hotel bookings, and Nile Cruise packages) are subject to the Terms & Conditions of those providers, which may include different cancellation or amendment fees.

  1. Responsibilities

  • We try as much as possible to be committed to all our services that we provide ourselves on time.
  • Atum Trip is committed to delivering safe, comfortable, and reliable services to all customers.
  • Atum Trip is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, traffic, or official regulations).
  • For services delivered through third-party partners, Atum Trip acts only as an intermediary, and the terms of the primary provider will apply.
  1. Use of Service
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking (e.g., name, flight details, pick-up/drop-off times).
  • Atum Trip reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if incorrect or misleading information is provided.
  • Customers are responsible for being present at the agreed time and place of service.
  1. Payments & Refunds
  • For prepaid bookings, refunds will be issued in case of eligible cancellations (before 24 hours) using the same method of payment.
  • For third-party services, refund policies are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • Atum Trip is committed to protecting customer data and will not share personal information with any third party unless required to deliver the service (e.g., airlines, hotels).

  1. Governing Law
